Weight For It : Chaos Edition
June 22, 2021

If nothing doesn't work, everything surely will

Forty-one years old.

Two hundred sixty five pounds.

I've made posts about my weight before, and now it's getting worse.

That's because accountability online doesn't shed pounds.

Action does.

Forty-one years old.

Two hundred sixty five pounds.

I've weighed this much before.

I was twenty two years old.

I was fighting with depression, and it was winning.

The only thing that got me out of it was a long-term exercise regimen and an almost total reset of my personal life.

I also lived off a diet of a box of saltines a week.

I don't know if I have to limit myself to 8 saltines a meal.

But I may.

Because I'm two hundred sixty five pounds.

One hundred twenty kilos.

Nineteen stone.

I don't have a goal anymore.

Goals weren't working for me.

Action plans were ... un-acted on.

It's time to get obnoxious.

It's time for some Weight Loss: Chaos Edition.

Everything my brain can think of for weight loss, I'm doing it.

Everything.

All of the things.

Limited diet? Specialized diet? HIIT? Cardio? Weights? Calisthenics? Yoga? Atkins? Keto? Paleo? Pescatarian? Vegetarian? Vegan? Basketball? Gymnastics?

Sure!

Maybe not simultaneously, paleo vegan may be rough.

This is sure to work!

How well? I don't know.

But right now, I'm doing nothing, and that doesn't work.
